The project in Trinidad and Tobago is a development consisting of 10 townhouses divided into two blocks of 5 units each. The first floor conveniently houses garages, which not only provide easy access but also enhance the overall level of security. This approach engenders a desire to ensure not only the comfort but also the safety of the residents. The main emphasis in the design was placed on the living spaces located on the second and third floors. Each apartment is imbued with light and air, creating a cozy space for living. A unique element is the Barton Mayers style big roll-up windows and the rooftop gardens that provide residents with not only a natural green space but also the opportunity to enjoy panoramic views. A dry fountain adds ambiance and natural harmony, creating a unique place to relax and gather.
