The building has been designed to celebrate the character of its heritage facade and optimize the efficiency of its floor plate.

The materials and character of the existing Victory Square Buildings have informed our design, including the option of brick for the exterior cladding. The proposed 12-storey tower will provide 87 units of secured rental housing, which the current site had none.
